Punishment of the crime

"2015 High Court Decision 2768"

1. On November 10, 2014, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) placed an order for alcohol in the E cafeteria operated by the victim D (Woo, 59 years of age) in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu; (b) rejected the victim’s refusal; (c) she saw the victim as “in accordance with the snow of the city,” and embling the chair and threatening him/her to drive away; and (d) she fladding him/her into the place, such as threatening him/her as he/she may in drinking.

In other words, the Defendant reported the 112 report to the police officer, and reported it falsely to the effect that “The Defendant would undergo drinking on the low-speed mast,” and interfere with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes.

2. On April 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at G Hospital located in the Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the G Hospital expressed that “In accordance with the principle of the influence of alcohol, the four countries are doing so well; and (b) the victim H (the age of 41), who is the prime director and staff, francing the time expenses, francing out of the hospital, she interfered with the hospital’s business by force, such as flabing the victim’s fat and assaulting the victim’s fat.”

3. 4. 피고인은 2015. 5. 16. 11:00경 전 1.항과 같은 장소에서 손에 소주병을 들고 와서 피해자 D(여, 59세)에게 “시발 년아 장사 할 줄 아나”라며 시비를 걸자 피해자가 피고인을 가게 밖으로 밀어내어 출입문을 잠궜다.
