A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Interference with business;
A. On November 17, 2014, from around 01:00 to 03:00, the Defendant found the victim D’s main points of “E” operated by the victim D in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, to be a “F”, and deemed the Defendant himself/herself to be a “F”, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s bar business business for about two hours by force by forcing customers who had been on the main points of the instant victim to go up with a disturbance, such as cutting off the tables within the said main points, and booming the beer’s disease toward the said victim.
B. On November 25, 2014, from around 23:00 to around 03:00 of the following day, the Defendant found “A” in the same place as indicated in the “B” at the same time, and expressed himself as “F” to the said victim as “F,” thereby threatening the victim by stating that “I will see theme to report, if you report, I will die, and I will do it.” The Defendant interfered with the victim’s bar business for about 4 hours by force by getting the customers on the floor with the bed of the instant bed with the disturbance, such as cutting the bed, which was on the table of the said main point.
C. 2. The Defendant’s insult at around November 28, 2014, at the criminal watch room of the Seoul Dongdaemun-gu Seoul East-gu Police Station located in summary-ro 21-gil 29, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul around November 28, 201.
