Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 26, 2014, at around 23:24, the Defendant: (a) stated that “D” restaurant operated by the victim C in Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu; (b) the victim intending to run as it is without calculating after eating 2 kg and pots; (c) the victim intending to enter the said restaurant; (d) the victim knicked, and the influent customers who wish to enter the said restaurant, who wish to read “I spathly spathly spathly spathly spathly spathly spathly spath; and (d) the victim spawddddds the spath, stating that “I spath, spathing,” while drinking the victim, thereby interfering with restaurant business by force for about 30 minutes by avoiding disturbance the victim’s drinking.

2. Around 00:10 on October 27, 2014, the Defendant found the victim F in Seoul E in the state of alcohol, and obstructed the bar business business by force by preventing the Defendant from entering approximately 30 minutes of a disturbance, such as “I am drunk, I am flish,” and “I am flish, because I am flish, I am flish, I am flish, I am flish, and am.”

3. On October 27, 2014, at around 27.00:27, the Defendant found the “J” main points operated by the victim I in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and boomed with the table table that customers are seated, and continued to talk with the above victim, such as “I ambened with camping gear, I ambened, I ambened, I ambened, I ambened,” and interfered with the bar business business by force by avoiding the disturbance between about 10 minutes of the above customers, such as “I ambened from the table, I ambened, I ambened with their chests, I ambened with their breasts, I ambened out of the main point.”
