Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant interfered with the victim C’s bar business by force over six occasions as follows.

1. At around 17:30 on January 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the main points of “E” operated by the victim in Daejeon Pungdong-gu, Daejeon; (b) ordered the mixer’s order; and (c) ordered the macker’s order to the F, an employee of the macker to take a bath in the large voice called “this spawh, as soon as possible, string,” and (d) allowed customers to take a bath out of the main points, such as “Iskh, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, Sick, and Sick, so long as you do not drink alcoholic beverages.”

2. On January 24, 2014, around 19:30, the Defendant: (a) entered the same place as above; (b) went to drink to drink; and (c) ordered again; and (d) sought whether he/she was able to drink in the cooling and cooling at the same place; and (c) was subject to F.

Accordingly, the Defendant expressed a strong and large voice, and caused the disturbance to go out of the main place for about 3 hours, such as sprinking the table by hand and sprinking the chair.

3. At around 17:40 on February 3, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated that he drinks alcohol at the above place; and (b) stated F as “I am son, two-years, three-years, and I am son’s I am son’s I am son’s I am son’s.”; and (c) made customers am her the disturbance out of the main place for about two hours, such as her talks with the larger sound “I am me me me cannot me me me me me.”

4. On February 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 19:20 on February 10, 2014, at the same place; (b) under the influence of alcohol, and (c) ordered customers to drink alcohol, and then, (d) ordered customers to take a large amount of voice, and (e) allowed them to cut off the instant cups into the floor, and (e) caused customers to go out of the main place.

5. The Defendant, around February 21, 2014, at the same place as above, around 19:30.
