A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 8703] The defendant is a person who lives in a old age without a fixed residence and occupation.

1. On April 07, 2014, at around 00:00, the Defendant found in the “E” restaurant for the victim D’s operation in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and demanded customers to pay money and drink, and the victim expressed a defect outside the restaurant, and boomed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 20 minutes.

2. Around 00:20 on May 05, 2014, the Defendant found “H” main points of the victim G operation in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, demanding customers to provide alcohol, and the victim, at the entrance of the main place outside the main place, sing and talking the Defendant, and broken off an empty disease, thereby obstructing the victim’s bar business business by force for about 30 minutes.

At around 20:30 on August 2018, 2014, the Defendant: (a) sought money from the victim J’s “K” store in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; (b) demanded money from the victim; (c) on the ground that the victim did not comply with the request; and (d) obstructed the victim’s emotional interest business by force for about 10 minutes; and (c) obstructed the victim’s emotional interest business.

At around 14:00 on June 16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered in the “N” restaurant for the operation of the victim M in Seo-gu Incheon L, Incheon, for the reason that the Defendant did not respond to the request, but did not accept the request, thereby obstructing the victim’s restaurant business by means of force for approximately 20 minutes, such as opening a cooling house to the employees and customers; and (b) opening the cryp to the cryp; and (c) taking the cryp,

5. On October 15, 2014, around 08:00, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business for about one hour, such as: (a) searching in the “ Qu” restaurant operated by the victim P on the first floor of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) demanding money from customers who are taking meals; and (c) making customers displeasure in the restaurant run in the restaurant.

6. The Defendant, around 16:00 on October 23, 2014, found in the “T” restaurant for the operation of the Victim S S in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, demanded customers to be able to be obstructed, and the victim would go.
