A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than five months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:40 on April 12, 2013, the Defendant driving a Bpon freight vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on the road in front of the fall-in city which is linked at Jeju.

On April 12, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents”), driving of the above cargo on April 12, 2013, and driving of the above cargo on April 18, 2013, driving the above cargo onto the private distance of movable property due to neglect in front of the lux City Inter

Since the place is where the center line of yellow solid lines is installed, there was a duty of care to drive safely on the right side of yellow solid lines by accurately manipulating the steering wheel system, brakes and other devices of motor vehicles.

Nevertheless, due to the negligence of neglecting this, the Defendant continued to drive the victim C(34 years old) driving on the opposite line beyond the yellow stop line, and continued to receive the rear panion of the victim C(34 years old) driving on the opposite line. Then, the Defendant continued to drive the EF rocketing passenger car, the victim G(62 years old), the victim I(54 years old), the J Hasta car, the K Engine passenger car of the victim I(54 years old) driving on the opposite line.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the injury to the victim C, such as salt, tensions, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, injury to the victim G, such as brain, which requires treatment for about one month, and the injury to the victim I, which requires treatment for about two weeks, respectively.
