A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Medical Service Act shall open a massage place or massage place without obtaining a recognition of his/her qualification;
