Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (sexual traffic) and the Defendants in violation of the Medical Service Act are those who run illegal massage establishments on the second floor of the building in C at the time of residence, with the trade name of "Dmaz", and they are willing to have many and unspecified men engage in similar teaching activities, such as massage and inner name, and receive compensation from KRW 50,000 to KRW 70,000.

From May 3, 2016 to March 9, 2019, Defendants provided 472 occasions as shown in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes Day to many unspecified customers, 41,385,00 won in total, by guiding them to be tightly equipped with the clothes, putting them off, 15 minutes, putting them up with the arms, putting them up with the arms, and taking them up with 70,000 won as a result of engaging in sexual traffic, as shown in the attached Table 1, from around 3, 2016 to around 3, 2019.

As a result, the Defendants did not obtain the recognition of Marine's qualification, and carried out sexual traffic for profit.

2. From November 12, 2016 to January 2, 2019, Defendants in violation of the Medical Service Act provided that, on October 7, 2017, the Defendants received KRW 710,000,00 in total by providing guidance to customers F, who found the place of the customer F, to be tightly equipped with a scambling and off clothes, and received approximately KRW 15 minutes in return, from approximately 30,000,00, from around 12, 2016 to around 2, 2019, as shown in the attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.

As a result, the Defendants did not obtain the recognition of Marine's qualification and carried out massage for profit.

3. Any person who violates the Educational Environment Protection Act shall be unspecified in an educational environment protection zone to protect the health, sanitation, safety, learning, and educational environment of students;
