A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc. (the Act on the Punishment of Commercial Sex Acts, Etc.) mediated sexual traffic by receiving KRW 100,00 from the customers and having male customers sexual intercourse with the female of sexual traffic, such as D, in cases where he/she finds a customer who demands sexual traffic from May 2018 to September 6, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant arranged sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. A person who violates the Medical Service Act shall not engage in massage for profit without being accredited as a massage club. However, the Defendant, from December 29, 2015 to September 6, 2018, found a business establishment at the “C” business place as stipulated in paragraph (1) from around December 29, 2015 to around September 6, 2018, received KRW 50,000 from customers in bad name, and performed an act without qualification for profit-making purposes by the Defendant.

3. Although a person violating the Immigration Control Act is prohibited from employing a foreigner who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities, the Defendant, while operating the “C” as indicated in paragraph (1), employed a person who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities on September 6, 2018 as a woman engaged in sexual traffic.
