A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1.390,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated the narcotics as follows:

1. Sale and purchase of phiphones;

A. On December 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked in D’s car, which was parked in and near the radius located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, and purchased and sold KRW 300,000,000 to D’s 0.28 grams from the said D; and (b) purchased and sold it.

B. On March 24, 2017, at around 15:00, the Defendant: (a) stopped in the vicinity of F in the Changwon E, the Defendant purchased and sold KRW 200,000,000 to G passenger cars, which were stopped from the said G, and 0.35 grams.

On April 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) parked in H’s car parked near the F; (b) opened a 0.35g gramopon from H introduced from the said G; and (c) purchased and sold KRW 190,000 to H.

On April 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stopped in the vicinity of the above F on April 13, 2017; (b) cut off the 0.4g opon from the above G and traded 200,000 won to him.

E. On May 4, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) purchased 0.77g philopon from a person without a name (hereinafter “K”) who became aware of Internet hosting prior to Busan, and purchased and sold KRW 300,000 to him.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant received approximately 0.07 ghonphones from the above D at the Monael where it is difficult to know the trade name in the Hongcheon-dong, Busan.

B. On March 6, 2017, around 01:00, the Defendant received approximately 0.07 gramphones from the above G and received them.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant administered approximately 0.07 ghon-phones 0.07ghon-phones received from the above D in a manner of drinking water at a Monael where it is difficult to know the trade name in the Seocheon-dong, Busan.

B. On December 11, 2016, the Defendant was on the Defendant’s residence at the 301-dong 1405, Busan High School.
