A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

2.8 million won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

“2014 Highest 9700” Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, despite that he is not a person handling narcotics:

1. Around February 6, 2014, around the half of 2014, he/she issued approximately 0.08 grams of psychotropic drugs, which were psychotropic drugs, in the first place in Suwon-gu, Busan, to G, which he/she came to know through the introduction of F, and traded them with cash of KRW 300,000,000 from G in return for the delivery.

2. On July 26, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Busan District Court on July 26, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence in the first prison of North Korea on June 6, 2012. On October 2, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and eight months in the Busan District Court for the same crime, and on October 1, 2014, the said judgment became final and conclusive on December 1, 2014, and was serving in the Busan District Court and sentenced to punishment for the same crime, five times.

Criminal facts

1. Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, around October 17, 2013, in the vicinity of the D market located in Suwon-gu, Busan, the Defendant sold to I approximately 0.35g of psychotropic drugs c. 200,000 won and sold narcotics, etc. to I.

2. On October 18, 2013, the Defendant sold and purchased narcotics, etc. by selling approximately 0.35g opon 0.35g of opon to I in the vicinity of the Defendant’s house located in the department of Suwon-gu, Busan, and selling them to I for 200,000 won.

3. The Defendant is a narcotics.
