A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On October 11, 2018, the Defendant came to know of the Victim B (AW, 15 years of age) and 15 years of age, which was released from home around October 6, 2018 through “ Pestbook”.

피고인은 2018. 10. 12.경 대전에 있던 피해자에게 서울로 올라와서 함께 지내자고 제의하여 같은 날 김포공항에서 피해자를 만난 다음, 2018. 10. 13.경 서울 강서구 화곡로 지하 168에 있는 화곡역 부근 장소를 알 수 없는 곳에서 마땅히 갈 곳이 없는 피해자에게 “성매매를 하여 함께 생활비로 사용하자.”라는 취지로 말하면서 피해자에게 채팅 애플리케이션인 ‘앙챗’에서 불특정 남성들이 대화를 걸어오면 그들과 성매매를 하거나 성매매가 내키지 않는 경우 그들의 지갑을 절취하라고 제안하였다.

1. Violation of the Child Welfare Act (voluntary coercion, intermediary or sexual harassment, etc. against a child), or violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (voluntary coercion, etc.);

A. At around 04:00 on October 13, 2018, the Defendant: (a) received 150,000 won from a male who could not know his/her name; and (b) had the victim engage in sexual intercourse against a male who could not know his/her name.

B. At around 21:00 on October 14, 2018, the Defendant had the victim receive KRW 1.50,00 from a man who cannot know his/her name, and had the victim engage in sexual intercourse.

C. At around 01:00 on October 15, 2018, the Defendant received 1.50,000 won from the victim against a male who cannot know his/her name, and caused the victim to engage in sexual intercourse.

around 06:00 on October 15, 2018, the Defendant had the victim receive 1.50,000 won from a male who cannot know his/her name from Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Maur D, and had the victim engage in sexual intercourse.

E. On October 18, 2018, the Defendant received KRW 150,00 from a man who cannot know his/her name at a Moel, where the trade name near the Madern basin cannot be known.
