A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Sale and purchase of psychotropic drugs camphophones (one philophones; hereinafter referred to as "philophones");

A. At around 21:30 on October 2014, the Defendant: (a) received one disposable injection device containing a one-time medication amounting to three hundred thousand won in return; (b) around 21:30 on the last day of Jongno-gu Seoul, and the trade name near the park was unknown; and (c) received one-time medication amounting to three hundred thousand won in return.

B. On February 21, 2015, the Defendant received KRW 700,000 as a single-use injection, including a oponononononononon (0.05g), and a single-use medication (0.05g) around 21:0 in mid-term 200, the trade name near the park is unknown.

C. On April 23, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, parked in the subway No. 7 subway lines located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 5-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2-3-2-3-2-2-3-2-3-2-3-2-4-2-3-2-4-2-3-2-3-4-2-4-2-4-2-

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones over three times.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. The defendant 1-A

At the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), C administered phiphones by inserting two water in a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.05g of phiphones (A.05gs) and by making the dilution into his/her and the Defendant’s arms.

B. The defendant 1-B

At the same time, at the same place, and at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), the philophone was administered by inserting water into two disposable injection devices containing approximately 0.05g of philophones, and by making the dilution to be injected into the blood transfusions of itself and the defendant.

C. The defendant 1-C

On the same day, at around 23:00, a man who is unable to know his name in the Hemoel near the subway station in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, puts water into two for a single-use injection machine containing approximately 0.05g of philophones, and dilutions the water into his arms and the defendant's arms.
