Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant A operated a sexual traffic business establishment under the trade name of “E” by leasing Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D A. 607. On July 11, 2017, Defendant A engaged in a similar act by having a male customer F, who had found the said business establishment, receive 110,000 won from a male customer F, and let a female sexual traffic G engage in a sexual traffic act by stimulating the sexual organ of a male customer, and by having a female sexual traffic G, do the same act from February 2, 2017 to July 11, 2017.

1. Defendant B is a person who operates a commercial sex business establishment in an officetel with the trade name “I” on the Internet site “H, etc.
