Punishment of the crime

Defendant B, from April 2016 to May 29, 2016, operated a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name “F” on the first floor of Gangnam-gu Seoul E underground, Gangnam-gu. Defendant A, who took over the said business establishment free of charge from Defendant B on June 4, 2016, was the business owner operating the said sexual traffic business establishment from June 4, 2016, and Defendant B advertised the said business establishment on the Internet site, such as “G”, “H”, and “I,” after Defendant A taken over the business establishment, and provided guidance and suggestions on behalf of Defendant A at any time on behalf of Defendant A.

From May 11, 2016 to May 29, 2016, the Defendant, along with B, advertised 5 rooms on the first floor of the building located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, one room for the female waiting room for sexual traffic, and advertised the above business in the Internet sites, including “G”, “H,” etc., and received 39,000 to 45,00 won from male customers, such as L, etc. who found the advertisement report, and directed male customers of sexual traffic, and led them to sexual intercourse similar to male customers, such as K and M, by studio.

As a result, the defendant conspired with B to arrange commercial sex acts.
