A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for three months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On July 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 18:00, operated a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of “D” in which he/she is equipped with a simple beds, 1 marinas, Mabsp goods, red sea booms, and brush brushes, etc., around July 17, 2017; (b) reported the Internet site advertisement; and (c) engaged in a commercial sex trade business by having a female customer Nonparty receive commercial sex acts equivalent to 1.50,000 won from the male customer E who had found the said business establishment, and caused the female customer B to engage in a similar act, such as stimulating sexual intercourse with the customer’s sexual organ.

B. On July 25, 2017, from around 20:0 to 23:5, the Defendant: (a) operated a commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of “D” in the name of simple beds, 1, Mabsp goods, mixed red booms, and disposable brushes, etc., with the trade name of “D” between the Defendant and from around 20:00 to around 23:5, the Defendant: (b) operated a commercial sex business establishment; (c) reported the Internet site advertisement; and (d) provided the name-non-commercial customers who found the said business with the name of “D; and (d) provided a similar act by having a female sexual sex trafficking G, who received a price equivalent to 150,000 won for 60 minutes from his/her sexual organ, to stimulate the female customers’ sexual organ to

2. Defendant B, around 18:00 on July 17, 2017, at the trade name “D” located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government building C, Defendant B received 100,000 won out of 1.50,000 won, and carried out commercial sex acts by stimulating sexual organ of male guests E by hand.
