Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, at around 23:00 on October 13, 2016, the Defendant put a registration number plate in a manner that puts the seals C in front of Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul and added an abnormal figure to the lower number plate of the vehicle.
