Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall intentionally cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, on October 25, 2017, the Defendant made it difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration number plate by attaching white paper to the back number plate of coos vehicle B owned by the Defendant, with a view to evading the crackdown on the violation of alcoholic vehicles on the front of the office building of the Gyeonggi-si, Kuo-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Gyeonggi-si, the Government of the Republic of Korea, on October 25, 2017.
