Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of B truck, and no one would cover or make it illegible with the registration number plate of the vehicle, but the Defendant, around 18:00 on July 28, 2015, applied the method of intentionally covering the registration number plate of the said vehicle with the intention to avoid alcohol blocking while setting up below the Kamerra in the Doc shop located in Busan Shipping Daegu, Busan.
