Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Although anyone cannot cover a registration number plate or make it illegible, on August 25, 2017, the defendant applied a registration number plate in a way of covering part of the registration number plate by attaching it to the registration number plate on the road inside Dongsan-dong, Yongsan-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, B, after the end of the vehicle B, and then attaching it to the registration number plate.
