Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics, but a foreigner of the nationality of the Thailand.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. The Defendant purchased a psychotropic drug, which is a narcotics containing psychotropic drugs (YABA; hereinafter “YABA”) from Thailand to sell it after being supplied with campings from B (B, “C”; hereinafter “C”) of the same nationality known from Thailand.

1) On March 22, 2020, the Defendant received instructions from C on March 22, 2020 from the same nationality F (F, one name “G,” and hereinafter “G”).

(2) On March 24, 2020, the Defendant purchased 100,000 won by paying 5 million won of the price. (3) On March 24, 2020, the Defendant purchased 500,000 won in total by allowing C and G from C to pay 500,000 won as the price, i.e., e., e., 4 million won, and 5 million won as the price to be deposited by the Defendant to C. who purchased 2 million won from the Defendant.

B. The Defendant, who purchased psychotropic drugs, was aware of the receipt and sale of the penphone from the “H” of the same nationality known from Thailand.

1) On June 12, 2020, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2g 70,000,00 from H at the dwelling of the Non-Merchants “H”, which was located in E, from Jun. 20, 2020. (2) On June 18, 2020, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 3g of 120,00,000 from H’s written phone from the Defendant’s room located in E in E, E.

3 Around July 2, 2020, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 2g 70,00 from “H” at the residence of the above “H” to KRW 70,000.

C. At around 07:00 on May 3, 2020, the Defendant administered philophones, the Defendant laid down the amount of philophones in the Defendant’s room located in E located in Ischeon-si, E along with “I” of the same nationality, on a gambling ground.
