A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

1,900,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand, who is not a handler of narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On August 8, 2020, the Defendant accepted a proposal from the Defendant’s house located in the C factory located in Yasan-si, Yasan-si (hereinafter “E”) to offer the sales of psychotropic drugs, mephones (i.e., philopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopopic (hereinafter “E”) from the Defendant’s house located in Y-si.

On June 26, 2018, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act entered the Republic of Korea as a B1 (Visa exemption) qualification in Thailand and did not depart from the Republic of Korea despite the expiration of the period of stay as of September 24, 2018, and did not illegally stay in the Republic of Korea until August 25, 2020.
