Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, beyond the scope of the period of stay, treated psychotropic drugs, as foreigners of Thailand nationality, who are staying in the Republic of Korea, despite the absence of a person handling narcotics, psychotropic drugs, as follows:
1. Defendant A
