A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

10,800,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The above additional charges are imposed on the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, a single-name "B", and a single-name "C", a male in non-name, are all foreigners of the nationality of Thailand, not narcotics handlers.

The term “B” and “C” are as follows:

1. The Defendant of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence), “B”, and “C” conspired to sell the psychotropic drugs, which are narcotics containing psychotropic drugs, such as YABA (hereinafter “YABA”, or psychotropic drugs, and divide the profits therefrom. The “B” and “C” conspired to play a role in obtaining the said narcotics from “B” and “C” and selling them to buyers and delivering the proceeds thereof to “B”.

On April 7, 2020, the Defendant: (a) on the same day, at the residence of the Defendant of the Defendant of the Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun; (b) around 200, the Defendant: (c) on the 23:00 of the same day, at the nearby official market in the Republic of Korea; (d) on the 3:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (c) on the 1st century, she was provided with the said 3.6 million won at the Ma (E, one-day “F”); (d) around April 14, 2020, the Defendant conspired the Defendant with the “F,” “B,” along with the “F,” and “F,” with the “F,” and (d) on the 150 pons and 300,000,000,000,000 won in total at the 1.0,000,000,000 won around the 20,000.

2. On October 20, 2017, the Defendant violated the Immigration Control Act entered the Republic of Korea as a B1 (Visa exemption) license in Thailand and entered the Republic of Korea.
