Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. In spite of the fact that anyone is prohibited from gambling using a racing conducted by a marina society, the defendant, on October 24, 2015, had access to 107 as the Man-si Park and the 1st floor of the Korean Racing Association with a mobile phone from a mobile phone, entered “AC” and “D” into a 80,000 won via the 4th floor of Seoul 1st Racing, including betting amounting to 2,760,000 won as shown in attached Table 1, and received 667,000 won out of the amount of valuable racing as stated in attached Table 1.
