A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any conduct similar to a horse riding voting in connection with a racing conducted by a marina society to provide property or financial benefits to the winners of the horse, shall not allow any person to use a horse held in a foreign country for riding or any similar conduct in the Republic of Korea, nor shall he/she provide property or financial benefits to the winners of the horse, nor shall he/she use a racing conducted by a marina society as a counter-party to each of the above acts, nor she use a horse operated by a marina society.

Nevertheless, from August 8, 2015 to August 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) visited Adi “C”, and the password “D” from the place of the VIP 6th VIP x; and (b) received the total amount of KRW 2,460,00,00, including the cash betting amount of KRW 1,850,000, service money betting amount of KRW 610,000, and KRW 737,50,000 among the betting amount; and (b) received KRW 167,00,000 among the betting amount of KRW 157,00,000 among the betting amount of KRW 157,00,000 among the betting amount of KRW 16,00,000,000 among the betting amount of KRW 16,00,000 among the betting amount of KRW 16,00,00,00 among the betting amount.

As a result, the Defendant betting a total of KRW 2,633,00 in Korea and Japan, and received a total of KRW 1,037,500 for a valuable racing, and boomed by using a racing conducted by a marina society.
