A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than a marina society, shall not engage in any act similar to a riding vote in connection with a racing held by a marina society to provide property or financial benefits to the winners of the racing, and anyone shall be prohibited from engaging in any act of causing anyone to use a horse that is held in a foreign country for riding or any similar act in the Republic of Korea and paying property or financial benefits to the winners of the racing, and he/she shall not become the counter-party to any act of paying property, etc. in the aforesaid racing.

On March 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) accessed the Defendant’s home or influence at the Defendant’s home or influorial location in Daegu-gu apartment B apartment; (b) transferred KRW 1,00,000 to the H bank account in the name of G in the name of a limited liability company designated by the said site operator; (c) deposited the corresponding game money; and (d) deposited the points exchanged with the money in Korea or Japan, and (e) deposited the money in a way that a non-ma society receives dividends if the Defendant’s betting amount is low, a person, other than the Mar. 21, 2018, caused another person to engage in any act similar to the horse racing voting, thereby paying property or property gains to the enemy; and (b) deposited the money in the same manner as the other party’s horse racing throughout May 405, 2018, from time to October 24, 2018, the Defendant deposited the money in the same manner as indicated in attached Table 1.

As a result, the defendant has caused anyone to engage in a conduct similar to the horse riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by the society, thereby causing anyone to become a counter party to the act of paying property or property benefits to the enemy, or causing anyone to engage in the act similar to the horse riding voting in Korea or others by electronic means of racing held in foreign countries.
