A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall become a counter-party to any actor who provides property or property benefits to the enemy by engaging in any act similar to a riding vote in the Republic of Korea or any similar act in the racing of a horse held in a foreign country, and no one shall be a counter-party to any actor who causes another person to provide property or property benefits to the enemy by engaging in any act similar to a riding vote in the racing conducted by a marina society, other than a marina society.

Nevertheless, at around 15:15 on April 8, 2018, the Defendant subscribed to the “D” password by accessing a computer to the illegal private horse site (B) at the Korea Racing Association Dolet-Pungnam Park, Busan, and then paid 20% of the amount of the betting amount at the above site after having opened the racing run at the above site, the Defendant decided to receive dividends at the red city, and then purchased 3 horse racing tickets of the “EM”, which are the horse racing held at the Han Fung-si, Japan, and then purchased 6,000 won after purchasing 6,00 won for the horse racing 27,5,000 won in a foreign country, such as the attached list of crimes.

The Defendant continuously purchased three horse betting tickets from among the horse border that is implemented in the Republic of Korea through the above method at the above site to 15,000 won and betting.

As a result, the Defendant was the counter-party of the actor who provided property or property benefits to the public by engaging in any act similar to the domestic horse riding voting in a foreign country, and became the counter-party of the actor who provided property or property benefits to the public by engaging in any act similar to the horse riding voting in relation to the racing conducted by a marina society.
