Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 15, 2018, at around 01:40, the Defendant: (a) reported that a domestic violence case occurred in the Daegu Northern-gu C and 2nd floor; and (b) sent to the site, and (c) expressed the police officer D, “I am feasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, fasia, etc., fasia, while the police officer fasiaed the Defendant’s wife E, thereby assaulting the police officer F’s bridge, f as a fasia.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers on handling 112 reports.
