Punishment of the crime

[criminal power] On August 17, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for 10 months, suspension of execution two years, and community service for 120 hours at the Jung-gu District Court, which became final and conclusive on August 25, 2015.

【Criminal Facts】

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On December 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) purchased psychotropic drugs in cash at the Round of D hotel hotel C in order of 21:00 on December 2014; (b) sold 50,000 won in cash to E for the purchase price of psychotropic drugs (tentatively referred to as 'propopopon'; hereinafter referred to as 'propopon'); and (c) purchased phiopon by taking fopon, which includes approximately 0.5g of phiopon from E.

2. At G factory offices located in Macheon-si F on the same day, the Defendant administered 0.1g of phiphones by inserting approximately 0.1g of phiphones purchased as above into a disposable injection machine and dilution them with water, and administered phiphones in one’s own arms at around 20:00 on the following day.

3. On January 21, 2015, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving 100,000 won in cash from H as the price for purchasing philophones in front of Mail, where it is difficult to identify the trade name located in the monthly 21:00 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, the Defendant purchased and sold philophones by receiving 0.7 grams from H.

4. At around 22:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered 0.1g of the instant G factory office by inserting approximately 0.1g of the phiphones purchased as above into a single-use injection machine, dilution with water into his own arms. On the following day, the Defendant administered 0.1g of the phiphones at the same place around the new wall around the same day.
