A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 01:00 on May 10, 2014, 2014, while drinking alcohol at the main point operated by the victim D (n, 62 years of age) located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, the Victim complained against the defect that the business hours ends; (b) the Victim’s face was faced one time as drinking, and the Victim’s face was inflicted an injury on the victim’s right-hand right-hand part of the treatment days.

2. Around 20:00 on March 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the victim F (n, 57 years of age) residing in adjoining neighbors in the front of the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul apartment house intends to go to an external toilet; and (b) without any reason, expressed the victim’s desire to “hys, hys, hys, hys, and hys will only take effect” to “hys, hys, hys, and hys will take effect.” (c) the victim intending to go into the toilet, hys, and hys, hys, and hys, following the victim entering the toilet and hys, expressed his desire to “hys, hys, hys, hys, hys, hys,” and tried to inflict an injury on the victim, including the need for treatment for about two weeks.

3. On November 19, 2014, the Defendant 2014 Highest 4424 assaulted the victim at around the H market located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul on the following grounds: (a) around November 22 and 15, 2014, the Defendant expressed the victim I (Nam, 72 years of age) who was market security guards, but was able to know it well-known by the victim; (b) stated that “The security guard is not aware of it, this son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son son.”
