A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for not more than eight months at the Seoul Northern District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on February 7, 2014.

1.
