Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and two months and by a fine of ten million won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual owner of Chos (9.77 tons, five crew members on board), the inshore fishing vessel, and D is the captain of C, E, F, G, and H under subparagraph C.
