A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 성명 불상{ 위 챗 대화명 ‘C’} 등 공범들과 중화 인민 공화국( 이하 ‘ 중국’ 이라 함) 내에 일명 ‘ 콜센터 ’를 설치한 다음, 전화 유인책들 로 하여금 연락처 등 개인정보가 저장된 데이터 베이스를 이용하여 무작위로 전화를 걸어 검사나 검찰청 수사관 등을 사칭하여 피해자들이 범죄에 연루된 것처럼 기망하고, 금융감독원 직원을 사칭하여 피해자들을 찾아가 그들 로부터 직접 현금을 교부 받은 방식의 범행( 이하 ‘ 보이스 피 싱 범행’ 이라고 한다) 을 순차 모의하였다.
