Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person in charge of overall management of the election campaign office as the form of H (I Party J Mayor, PP PP candidate registration on March 2, 2018). Defendant B is the head of the Youth Organization Headquarters of H election campaign office. Defendant C is a person working for the SNS promotion team at H election campaign office. Defendant D is the chairperson of the Special Committee on Art and SNS Promotion Team of H election campaign office. Defendant E is Defendant E is the SNS promotion team member of the H election campaign office. Defendant F is the SNS promotion team member of the H election campaign office. Defendant G is the SNS promotion team member of the election campaign office. Defendant G is the SNS promotion team member of the SNS.
2. No person who provides money or goods related to the election campaign of Defendant A may provide any money or goods in connection with the election campaign.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, while allowing B, who did not register as an election officer, to take up the SNS promotion team, paid KRW 2 million per month to full-time workers, and KRW 1 million per month to non-standing workers, and transferred KRW 3 million to B as the expenses for SNS promotion team activities on April 10, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant provided 4 million won to B in relation to the election campaign.
3. No person may receive or receive money or valuables related to the election campaign of Defendant B, regardless of the pretext thereof, in connection with the election campaign;
Nevertheless, the Defendant received the remittance of KRW 3 million from April 10, 2018 to KRW 15:44 on April 10, 2018, under the pretext of the SNS publicity team activities as prescribed in paragraph 2, and received KRW 1 million on April 19, 2018.
As a result, the Defendant was provided with KRW 4 million in relation to the election campaign.
4. No person who provides any money or goods related to the election campaign by Defendant B, may provide any money or goods, regardless of the pretext thereof.
Nevertheless, the defendant did not register as an election secretary.
