1. The Defendants each of their respective 15,000,000 won against Plaintiff A and B, and 1,000,000 won to Plaintiff C, and each of them on June 10, 2011.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff B’s status 1) was pregnant of a pair of baby around October 2010 and the H Hospital located in Young-gu G in Young-gu, Suwon-si (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”).

(2) The defendant is a father of the plaintiff A and B, and the plaintiff C is a child between the plaintiff A and B. The defendant is a person who jointly operates the defendant hospital by employing the medical staff of the defendant hospital, including I. The plaintiff is a father and a medical specialist belonging to the defendant hospital, and the plaintiff B is a doctor who mainly has been in charge of the plaintiff B's pre-treatment examination. J and K are medical specialists who are employed by the defendant hospital and worked at the defendant hospital.

B. On October 27, 2010, Plaintiff B had a positive reaction in the pregnancy reaction test using the pregnancy test device (u-hcgte on September 23, 2010), around October 27, 2010, and Plaintiff B received a treatment to J on the 30th day of the same month. At the time, it was not confirmed that Plaintiff B was pregnant with Plaintiff A, who was a father at the Defendant hospital’s hospital, who was a medical specialist at the Defendant hospital, and was diagnosed by Plaintiff B at the Defendant hospital again at the Defendant hospital on November 12, 2010. Plaintiff B was pregnant with Plaintiff A’s her surgery on the day of the her surgery to the above Plaintiff at the Defendant hospital.

This is distinguished from the documentary heritage, complete or incomplete heritage, etc. in that it is possible to maintain pregnancy.

The diagnosis was conducted.

3) After December 29, 2010, the thirteenth anniversary of pregnancy, Plaintiff B returned to the Defendant Hospital, and received the diagnosis of her pair of birth from I. 4), Plaintiff B thereafter once every month until April 20, 201, the 29th anniversary of pregnancy (as January 25, 201, February 23, 2011; March 23, 2011; April 20, 201); and thereafter, once every two weeks (as May 4, 201; May 18, 201).
