1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 307,217,917, and KRW 8,708,037, and KRW 1,500,00 for Plaintiff A and Plaintiff B, respectively.

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendants, as the parties, have the intent to jointly operate the L acids and Medical Center (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”) located in Chuncheon City (However, Defendant J, from March 2, 2010 to November 3, 201, and Plaintiff B, at the Defendant Hospital on February 20, 201, are the mother to divide Plaintiff A at the Defendant Hospital, Plaintiff C’s father, and Plaintiff D’s words.

B. C. Around 08:50 on February 20, 201, Plaintiff B hospitalized in the Defendant Hospital as a part of the childbirth. At the time, the blood pressure of the mother was measured by 120/80m HgmHg, the heart of the fetus was replaced by 7cm, and the heart of the fetus was 128 times/minutes. 2) The Defendant Hospital continued to observe the condition of the mother and the fetus by attaching an electronic solar monitoring device and continued to observe the condition of the mother and the fetus, and Plaintiff B met only the Plaintiff on the same day only by the natural-quality portion of 09:51 on the same day.
