1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Plaintiff A and Defendant D Hospital (hereinafter “Defendant D Hospital”).

A) A person who was diagnosed as a second degree disability due to cerebral cerebral brain injury after birth at the Defendant Hospital, and Plaintiff B’s father, Plaintiff C’s mother, and Plaintiff A’s mother. 2) Defendant E is a medical specialist with the father and father of the Defendant Hospital, who takes charge of only Plaintiff C’s division.

B. (1) On April 13, 2011, the 6th day of pregnancy 31 week in pregnancy, Plaintiff C, who was receiving a medical examination at the Defendant Hospital, was hospitalized in the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital on June 8, 2011, which was the 6th day of pregnancy, and became the Defendant E to receive the medical examination. (2) On June 8, 201, 201, the 39th day of pregnancy 39:30, the Plaintiff C visited the Defendant’s emergency room of the Defendant hospital, and accordingly, Plaintiff C was hospitalized in the Defendant hospital on the part of the implementation of only the physical therapy.

3) However, around 09:06 on June 8, 201, Plaintiff C showed a difficult respiratory symptoms as Plaintiff C had a food, and Defendant Hospital medical personnel decided to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation around 09:13 on the same day after having suspended injection of penttopy, and around 09:25 on the same day, Plaintiff C performed king surgery (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

After the decision to conduct the surgery, the plaintiff was sent to A at least 09:43 on the same day.
