A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

To the defendant, the defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On April 23, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced by Seoul Northern District Court to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public places for sexual purposes) and completed the execution of the sentence in Seoul Southern Prison on July 23, 2016.

Criminal facts

1. No person who violates the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Intrusion into public use places for sexual purposes) shall intrude into toilets, bath rooms, bathing rooms or launching rooms, breast-feeding facilities, sloping rooms or other public use places used by many and unspecified persons with intent to satisfy his/her sexual desire;

On August 10, 2018, from around 20:30 to 21:55, the Defendant entered to commit self-defashion in the 1st female toilet column of the B building in Ansan-si, with a view to satisfying the sexual desire.

2. On August 10, 2018, at the entrance of a female toilet of the first floor of B B building, the Defendant placed the victim C (one person) at the entrance of the said female toilet on the first floor. In order to ppuri it and escape, the Defendant laid the victim’s arms at his/her hand and pushed the victim’s shoulder, thereby pushing the victim with approximately seven days of treatment.

3. No person shall photograph the body of another person against his/her will, using a camera or any other mechanical device equipped with similar functions, which may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame;

On December 2, 2016, the Defendant entered the ground for the public toilet for men and women on the first floor of the building in the building in the middle of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-gu, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, in Seocho-gu.

The body of the victims of unexploded women, who had been placed in the camera function, was taken four times against their will by inserting smartphones containing the bottom of the partitions, and being melted in the side partitions.
