A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 11, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) invaded to take a female image of a woman with D 3rd female toilets in the prime State C with a view to meeting his/her sexual desire around o’s p.m.

The Defendant, in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use and photographing of Cameras, etc.) had the mind to photograph women who see their sides at the above time and place, installed a hole in the above toilet stop box (HDR-AS105, serial number E), and taken the body of the victims who might cause sexual humiliation or shame against their will.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A. On July 16, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime committed on July 16, 2016, invaded to take a female image on the second floor female toilets located in Haju City with a view to meeting his/her sexual desire from around 09:38 to 11:48.

B. On August 13, 2016, the Defendant, who committed the crime committed on August 13, 2016, intruded into the above toilet to photograph a woman’s form of a woman who reported a brin with a view to meeting his/her own sexual desire around 14:00.

On October 1, 2016, the Defendant intruded into the above toilet to take a female image with a view to meeting his own sexual desire around 11:15 on October 1, 2016.

2. A violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Use and photographing of Cameras, etc.) included that, on May 201, the Defendant entered J 1’s toilet column in G Crossing-gun I, the date undisstened, and, on the same hand, the mobile phone was melted by the unstened female in the next column in a way that the space is stend below.
