A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.
However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On October 30, 2013, Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on October 26, 2014 in the Daejeon Correctional District Court’s Hongsung Branch.
The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
