Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants of the 2019 Highest 2112 are not narcotics handlers.
1. On April 13, 2019, the Defendants, on the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flavour) put about approximately 0.05g of oponon in the guest room of the “Yinging City Hotel hotel” around April 13, 2019 and injected oponon in a way of injecting it with water and injecting it into his/her arms blood transfusion. 4. On April 18, 2019, the Defendants, on the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) put about approximately 0.05g of their own philopon in a guest room “F hotel entertainment store at Heungsa City,” and dilution it with water, and injected the philopon into their own blood cells. On May 1, 2019, the Defendants on the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag), around May 24:00, 2019, administered each philopon in a guest room at the “C hotel at Heungsa City,” and 0.05g of their own philopon into a copon in a copon and dilution it with water, and administered the philopon together with a copon in a way of selling it with their blood.
6. On May 24, 2019, the Defendants in violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (flag) administered each of the drugs in a way that the Defendants in the G entertainment room around May 24, 2019, mix approximately 0.05g of philopon into a single-copon injection and dilution with water into their arms. Defendant B administered each of them by mixing approximately 0.05g of philopon into drinking water.
