Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

As the complainant C and the husband and wife, the defendant are currently pending in the Changwon District Court Msan branch of the defendant. D are the wife of the defendant and the complainant E with the male and female of C.

1. Violence;

A. At around 14:00 on January 14, 2012, the Defendant: (a) sought the recorded contents in the dispute with the Defendant’s neighboring house located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si, F. 210 (G apartment) and the other neighboring house; (b) on the ground that D, the complainant, who filed a complaint, made the Defendant take a face of his/her will by phone call to D without hearing his/her horses, assaulted twice the head by putting him/her on the floor of his/her finger.

B. At around 11:30 on April 1, 2012, the Defendant assaulted D, at the same place as before, and at the same time, the complainant, who had she had the clothes of Bana C, “Shovah” and “Shovah”, and assaulted D, who had her hand, on his/her hand, the part of his/her clothes, such as the car carriage.

2. 정보통신망이용촉진및정보보호등에관한법률위반 피고인은 2012. 3. 18. 09:04경 창원시 마산회원구 G아파트 에이동 210호 소재 피고인 주거지 내에서 자신의 휴대전화(H)로 고소인 D의 휴대전화(I)로 전화를 걸어 “개 같은 니 올라와! 이새끼 마! 대가리 목을 쳐가 죽여 뿔거야! 니 가족 새끼도 마! 도끼가 대가리 다 찍어 죽여뿔라! 이 병신새끼가! 좆을 갔다가 쌔리 마 빼갖고 개새끼 저거 먹이로 삶아 줄거야! 너그 마누라하고 다 쳐 죽여 뿔거야! 이 개같은 새끼야!” 등의 말을 하였다.
