1. The plaintiff

(a) Defendant A, Changwon-si, Masan-si, No. 101, 1509,

B. Defendant B is Chang-si.

1. On April 13, 2012, Defendant A agreed to allow the Plaintiff to terminate the lease agreement in the event that the lease agreement has been delayed for three consecutive months or longer by setting the lease agreement from the Plaintiff on April 13, 2012 as the amount of KRW 101,960 per annum 51,00 per annum 1509, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Plaintiff agreed to allow the Plaintiff to terminate the lease agreement. Defendant A continued to delay the lease agreement for four consecutive months from December 2, 2012 to March 2013; Defendant B’s failure to rent Nos. 102, 102,216 per annum 53,090 per month on November 12, 2012; Defendant B agreed to allow the Plaintiff to cancel the lease agreement; Defendant B was unable to present the agreement with the Plaintiff on December 13, 2012 to December 14, 2013.

Therefore, each of the above lease agreements was lawfully terminated upon delivery to the above Defendants of a copy of the complaint of this case stating the Plaintiff’s declaration of intention to terminate the lease agreement for a period of not less than three consecutive months, and thus, the Defendant A is obligated to deliver to the Plaintiff the D Apartment-gu 101 Dong 1509, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and the Defendant B the D Apartment-gu 102 Dong 216, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

2. On February 1, 2013, Defendant C agreed to allow the Plaintiff to terminate the said lease contract if he/she owned another house during the lease period for the publicly constructed rental house constructed with the approval of the business plan pursuant to Article 16 of the Housing Act, and the said apartment house falls under the said publicly constructed rental house. Defendant C, on July 26, 2012, moved to G apartment located outside the FF in one parcel of land, and acquired ownership of H rental house 404, Jinju-si on November 8, 2012, during the said lease period.
