Each public prosecution against the Defendants is dismissed.

Defendant B is a spouse who has completed the marriage report with C on November 16, 2007.

1. On February 1, 2012, at around 01:00 and around 02:00 in the first order of February, 2012, Defendant B, at around 02:1 time in each mutual infinite located in Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, and around 02:00, around February 2, 2012, Defendant B, at the E Infinium in Changwon-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Masan-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, Mawon-si, and

2. Defendant A knew that he was a spouse of the above B, and even at the same time and place as that of paragraph (1), he had sexual intercourse with B and four times as above, respectively.
