Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 19:00 on August 10, 2013, the Defendant embezzled one copy of the credit card BC (credit card number: J.) owned by the injured party, which was owned by the injured party, and instead did not follow necessary procedures, such as returning the injured party, and embezzled the property, the possession of which was abandoned, on the premise that the Defendant would have been possessed.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On August 15, 2013, from around 14:10 to 14:13, the Defendant: (a) presented Gyeongnam Bank BC credit cards in the name of the said employee, which he/she acquired, to the said employee, three times as if he/she were the Defendant’s card; and (b) paid the total amount of KRW 417,690 of the total amount of food, tobacco, and cosmetics by issuing them on the digital signature tag, thereby obtaining economic benefits from the victim M, who is the said marina operator, and using the lost credit card.

B. At around 14:41 on August 15, 2013, the Defendant, within the store located in N in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, the Defendant: (a) presented that Gyeongnam Bank BC credit cards, which was acquired under the name of the Defendant, were the Defendant’s card; and (b) issued and paid 112,200 won in the face of his/her digital signature; and (c) obtained pecuniary benefits equivalent to the same amount from the above store operator in the name of the Defendant and used lost credit cards.

C. On August 15, 2013, the Defendant, within Qing points in P of Changwon-si P, Qing points in Changwon-si, Qing points in name, the Defendant presented the credit card BC in the name that he/she acquired as above to the employees of the above main points in name, as if he/she was the Defendant’s card, and then delivered it to the Defendant on his/her digital signature tag, and then settled the price of KRW 200,000 for alcoholic beverages.
