A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around 13:00 on July 24, 2016, the Defendant: (b) committed a theft by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim E, who purchased goods, etc. using bags in Pyeongtaek-si C, neglected surveillance; (c) opened a bank; and (d) taken one credit card on the part of the victim’s national bank; and (d) committed a theft of property worth KRW 5,274,340 in total from the victims five times from the victims, as in the list of crimes, from October 13 to 47 of the same year.

2. Violation of fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act

A. On July 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods equivalent to KRW 20,000 at H stores operated by the victim G in Pyeongtaek-si C; (b) presented the Defendant’s credit card in the name-based salesroom in the name-based salesroom as if the Defendant was E, as in the foregoing paragraph (1), to the employees of the national bank in the name of E who stolen as in the above paragraph (1); and (c) made the above sales staff prepare one sheet of KRW 20,000 on the sales slip of KRW 20,000; and (d) unlawfully used the stolen credit card, signed in the member signature column, and acquired the said goods by the victim

B. On July 24, 2016, at around 14:41, 201, the Defendant purchased goods equivalent to KRW 20,000 at the J Burial operated by the victim I in Pyeongtaek-si, and presented the Defendant’s credit card to the employees in the name-based sales room as if the Defendant was E, as stated in paragraph (1) of the same Article, to the employees in the name-based sales room in the E bank in the name of E, which was stolen as if the Defendant was E, and then, the above employees in the sales slip of KRW 20,000, and illegally used the stolen credit card, signed in the member signature column, and acquired the said goods by the victim.
