Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] The Defendant was sentenced to one year and two months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on April 7, 2016 and completed the execution of the sentence on December 20, 2016, and is currently under repeated crime period.

[Criminal facts]

1. Embezzlement and thief of abandoned articles in possession;

A. On April 6, 2017, the Defendant embezzled a corporate bank cream card lost by the victim C in the street near the station of the Gyeong-si, 1305, the Gyeong-si of the Government-si on April 23:30, 2017, and embling that he/she would have, as he/she would have, have, his/her possession.

B. A thief: (a) on September 10, 2017, the Defendant visited the “F main point” of the victim E’s operation located in Do Government-si on September 18:20, 2017 to a customer for drinking alcohol; and (b) during drinking alcohol, the Defendant thief took one of the 2C credit cards owned by the Defendant, following the bank of the victim on the table.

L. A. L. theft was committed.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On April 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased goods at the “I” convenience store in the management of the victim H located in Gu Government-si on April 7, 2017; (b) paid KRW 9,800 by presenting the e-mail card of the corporate bank listed in paragraph (a) to himself; and (c) around that time, the Defendant paid KRW 208,820 in total nine times during the period from 06:43 to 06:43 of the same day by settling the sum of KRW 208,820 as shown in the [Attachment] List of Crimes; (d) obtained and used the lost debit card from the victims.

B. The Defendant, at around 18:26 September 10, 2017, purchased goods at the convenience store of the Government “J” and paid KRW 10,500,00,00 in total, as shown in Section 1(b) from around the same day to around 18:36, the Defendant paid KRW 113,50,00 in total on three occasions as shown in the [Attachment] List of Offenses (2] between the same day and around 18:36.
