Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,00, and by a fine of KRW 1,500,000, respectively.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are students enrolled in the D University, Defendant B and E are friendly, and Defendant A is a F’s sports course.

1. From October 9, 2013 to 00:30 on the same day, Defendant B discovered that: (a) from the H stairs located in the later part of the D University located in G at Jeju, I became aware of the fact that he was in contact with the victim A (Nam, 24 years of age), and the victim J (Y, 23 years of age) during the election of the general student council in the past; and (b) had the victim talked with I, the victim was “bru”, and the victim was cryed to the victim; (c) the victim was pushed the victim by hand and pushed the victim A under the direction of the above convenience point; and (d) as a result, the victim J, who was next to the election of the general student council in the past, came to go beyond the bottom of the stairs.

이후 피고인 B의 일행인 E는 피해자 A가 일어나 B이 있는 편의점 골목 안으로 다가가려 하자 이를 가로막는 등으로 A와 시비하다가 화가 나, 주먹으로 A의 얼굴과 머리 부분을 수회 가격하고, 계속하여 무릎으로 A의 옆구리를 걷어찼다.

Since then, Defendant B spreaded the I to a place where he is located and transferred the I to a place where he is located, Defendant B took the face of A once as drinking.

As a result, Defendant B and E competingd the victim A with approximately four weeks’ alleys that require treatment, and Defendant B, as seen above, sustained injury to A as well as assaulted the victim J, thereby causing a blue or injury to the left part of the blue, etc., for which the J cannot be known.

2. Defendant A’s above date and time, place, victim E (ma, 19 years old) is dissatisfied with his/her complaint to restrain himself/herself, and the victim’s face is taken over by drinking the floor and drinking.
