Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 10, 2014, the Defendant reported the livestock product sales business to the head of the net Incheon City Mayor and runs the livestock product sales business under the name of “C” in the net City B.

From July 2015 to August 2015, the Defendant purchased approximately 150 km in the bones, removed the bones, and sold the bones without the permission of the competent authorities in the above C, and then packed the bones in 900g unit and sold it to D, etc., a customer.

Accordingly, the Defendant engaged in meat packaging business without permission.
